Walter Galler_Partner:

Strategy Lead

Heading up strategy for GAPMOBILE, Mr. Galler brings 20+ years’ experience driving business innovation through the application of digital transformation strategies. Over the past decade he has held multiple leadership roles at two technology start-ups where he led product strategy, software development and customer satisfaction teams. He has continually developed digital solutions that delivered industry leading business outcomes and customer experiences across healthcare, financial services, consumer products, food and beverages, and other verticals.

Aaron Padin_Partner:

Ideation/Creative

Mr. Padin oversees all branding, creative services as well as product development for GAPMOBILE. Most recently he served as Head of Art & Design for J. Walter Thompson Advertising in New York, overseeing the ideation, art direction, design and vision on all brands at the agency. Prior to that he held senior roles at Saatchi & Saatchi and Fallon, where his work has been recognized globally at Cannes, as well as being recognized by ADWEEK, as a Top 30 creative director.

Jim Cannan_Partner:

Technology Lead

Jim is a technology executive focused on software product development and services. Over the past 30 years he has lead organizations developing business solutions for Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Telecommunications and Government verticals. After leading large organizations at Accenture, Humana, and Fidelity Information Services, he pivoted to an entrepreneurial role, spending the last 10 years building subscription-based mobile products.

MJ Uhlik_Program Management

MJ is our program director with over 30 years managing product development and professional services engagements.  She creates and manages project plans tracking solution delivery from concept to production.  She is also a passionate about the ‘voice of the consumer’ as she leads our quality assurance, beta program, product support and change management processes.  She started her career with roles at Andersen Consulting, Sears Financial, PNC Bank and ALLTEL Information Services before transitioning in 2004 to senior leadership positions with Start-ups.

Mike FitzPatrick_Development

Mike is a result driven Development Manager and Senior Software Engineer with 15+ years delivering cloud-based web and mobile solutions.  He is a successful hands-on leader, who relies on deep technology expertise coupled with a penchant for researching and assessing the latest tools and trends.  Since 2015 he has led teams focused on the architecture, development, deployment, and support of robust, secure mobile products.

Lynn Power_Marketing Advisor

Lynn Power is a 30-year advertising executive turned entrepreneur. She has held leadership positions at some of the top ad agencies in the world, most recently as CEO of J. Walter Thompson NY. Throughout her career she has worked with such iconic brands as American Express, Pizza Hut, Campari, Hershey's, Gillette, Clinique and L'Oreal. In 2020 Lynn launched the clean premium haircare brand MASAMI.

Lynn loves leveraging creativity as a business tool, building high performing teams, reinventing cultures, and disrupting the status quo.

Carol Sung_UX/UI

Carol is currently a senior studying in the Interaction Design (“IXD”) Baccalaureate Degree program of Farmingdale State College. Carol gained various experiences in the design field as she interned as a social media marketer for Taste of the NFL and GENYOUth and a web designer for Global Long Island. Recent achievements include winning the SUNY Long Island Pitch Fest, being selected to present her UX/UI case studies at the SUNY Undergraduate Research Conference of 2021 and 2022, and winning the Innovation Challenge 2021 hosted by the Long Island Nets.
